Title: Certamen Petronianum
Post by: A. Iulius Paterculus on September 01, 2015, 11:56:24 PM
Ten years ago, Nova Roma held a literary competition called the Certamen Petronianum (http://www.novaroma.org/aquila/index.htm), won by Mr. Kristoffer From with his story "On the Palatine". To celebrate this year's Ludi Plebeii and to honor the much admired Colleen McCullough, who took part in the original competition, I am pleased to announce a second edition of this contest.

From now until the closing of the Ludi Plebeii on November 17th, all are invited to submit their stories, both citizen and non-citizen.

The final judges for this year's contest will be our own citizens Aula Tullia Scholastica and Appia Tullia Hospes.

I would suggest that, in addition to here, posting this to NR's official lists as well as the Facebook page.  Unfortunately, this forum isn't getting anywhere near the traffic that those are.
